Delivery

Once you have added items to your cart, you can use the postage calculator on the cart page to choose a postage option and estimate the cost.

Orders will usually be dispatched within 2 working days of the order being placed (unless otherwise stated), although during busy periods such as national holidays it may take longer. Please note that ‘working days’ do not include weekends or bank holidays. Delivery times will vary depending on the date and time of the order being placed and may be affected by adverse weather or busy periods.

UK first class delivery

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail and you should receive your parcel the next working day after dispatch, including Saturdays. A signature will be required upon delivery.

UK second class delivery

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail and you should receive your parcel in two or three working days after dispatch, including Saturdays. A signature will be required upon delivery.

European delivery

European delivery is available via Royal Mail and usually takes between 3-5 working days after dispatch, including Saturdays. Please see the options available on checkout. A signature will be required upon delivery.

International shipping

Worldwide shipping is available via Royal Mail and usually takes between 5-7 working days after dispatch, including Saturdays. Costs will vary depending on location, please see the options available on checkout. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees, including any other additional charges. Recipients are responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure goods are cleared. Please contact your local customs authorities for more information prior to placing an order. Sometimes goods may be delayed due to customs or adverse weather.

 

 

Returns

As hard we try, nobody’s perfect. I’m only human and we all make mistakes. If you’re not happy, if there’s a problem or mistake, let’s make it right. The aim is for you to be 100% happy with your order from 8Y8. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return most items by getting in touch within 14 days.

Items must be returned in the same new, unused and unworn condition in which they were sold. Including original packaging, tags, labels and enclosed documents where applicable. Refunds must be initiated within 14 days of receiving an order, in accordance with UK law. All returns should be sent using a tracked and/or ‘signed for’ postage service where possible, as any returned items are the customers responsibility until they reach 8Y8.

All returned items are inspected prior to a refund being made. So please allow a minimum of 3 working days for returns to be processed. Processing may take longer during busy periods or holidays. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method. After processing it may also take a few working days for a refund to appear in your account, depending on the original method of payment.

Please note that any shipping, handling or customs charges are non-refundable, with the exception of the return of faulty goods. Items that are damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.

Any products that are made to order are not usually eligible for return, unless they are deemed faulty.

Apparel

To return apparel, please email the following information via the form on the contact page:

– The details of your original order — including the order date and item name.

– Reason for return.

You will then be emailed acceptance of the return along with the return address.

When the original item(s) is received in as new, unused condition (do not wash items prior to returning them), a refund will be issued.

International returns

In addition to the instructions above, the customs information document must be clearly marked on the outside of the package with ‘RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE’. Failure to do so may result in the package being refused by UK customs and returned to sender.

If you paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently returned to 8Y8, it should be possible for you to claim the cost of duty back from your local customs authority. Proof of duty paid and proof of export (proof of postage) will likely be required when claiming the cost back. For any other queries regarding duties payable/refundable, please contact your local customs authority.

 

 

Exchanges

In order to reduce hassle and ensure you receive any replacements as soon as possible, exchanges are not currently offered. Instead, please return the original item(s) and open a new order. You will then receive a refund for any returned item(s), provided the conditions for return are met.

Please note: as stated above, 8Y8 cannot refund the original postage cost, and customers are responsible for return postage costs.
